Laughters is a piece that incorporates personal hobby and the practice of art together. Collecting PEZ dispensers became my hobby once I moved to Hawaii in 2008. Each of the PEZ is my little treasure because they are not easy to find in Hawaii. The process of collecting these little guys reminds me of the cutest and sweetest memories in my childhood, collecting images of Pokemon from different newspapers and magazines. By gathering and tying the PEZ together point to the innocent and happy moments everyone had experienced in their childhood.
